Complaints Policy

• In the unlikely event that there is a problem with Accommodation:

  1. Please tell us as soon as possible by speaking to a member of the Guest Services team.
  2. Please give us the opportunity to put it right.
  3. We will make every effort to repair or fix any problem as soon as possible.

• If unable to fix the problem, alternative accommodation of a similar grade or higher may be offered. If no suitable accommodation is available, a lower grade may be allocated and the price difference refunded. This is subject to availability.

• Guest satisfaction is a priority and complaints should be discussed with the team as soon as possible; timely reporting allows for a better opportunity to resolve issues.

• If, by the end of your stay, the complaint is unresolved, write to Guest Solutions at Away Resorts Limited or email guestsolutions@awayresorts.co.uk within 28 days of the end of your holiday stating your complaint.

Your Rights to Cancel or Change Your Booking

• Cancellation by you can be made at any time, subject to payment of any applicable cancellation charges.

• If cancelling a booking directly with Away Resorts, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • 7 days or less before start date: 100% of holiday cost.
  • 8 - 28 days before start date: 90% of holiday cost.
  • 29 - 41 days before start date: 50% of holiday cost.
  • 42 - 55 days before start date: 40% of holiday cost.
  • 56 - 69 days before start date: 30% of holiday cost.
  • 70 days or more: No refund of deposit.
• Prior bookings created before and inclusive of 12th March 2023 may be subject to alternate cancellation charges.
• Changes you may make to your booking are subject to conditions such as availability and must be requested prior to the holiday start date.
