Returns Information

Items can be returned if they are unworn and in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. This does not affect the right to return faulty items. A convenient Evri ParcelShop drop-off service is available for £2.95 or home collection for £3.25. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after the item has been dropped off or posted. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Items ordered directly from the website cannot be returned to concession or 3rd party retailers. For any unwanted Christmas gifts ordered between October 18th and December 24th, there is an extended return period until January 30th. The usual 30-day return policy applies to items purchased from December 26th.

Unwanted items can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase if bought from a Regatta high-street store and can be returned to any other high-street location. Items bought from third party retailers or concessions should be returned to the place of purchase. Only orders placed on the website are accepted for direct return at the warehouse.

To exchange an item purchased online, it should be returned for a refund and a new order placed for the replacement. For in-store purchases, items should be returned to any store with receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days.

Faulty Items

All products come with a 12-month guarantee. If an item is faulty, contacting the store for resolution and return instructions is necessary. The guarantee only covers use for the intended purpose and does not include damage caused by accident, neglect, or wear and tear.

Product Guarantees

Regatta products are backed by a 12-month guarantee; Isotex products have a 3-year guarantee on apparel and a 2-year guarantee on footwear. Isotex fabric's waterproof, breathable, and windproof features are so reliable that a 3-year Guarantee is offered. Should a fault develop with an item purchased directly through the website, contacting the store directly for a fault review and resolving with a full refund is available. Monetary refunds are only available for items purchased through the website.

This excludes damage from misuse, abnormal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, improper care, or if the product is not used as recommended.

Exceptions

• Products received over 30 days ago cannot be returned.
• Opened or unsealed products (other than for necessary inspection) cannot be returned.
• Products without original packaging or labels cannot be returned.
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons include:
