Card Factory - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

Returns and Cancellations

• How do I return my item?
  We are only able to accept items that are non-personalised and still within their original packaging. Please return them to the provided address with a note stating your order number and the reason for returning. Upon receipt of the product, a refund for the returned item/s will be provided and a confirmation email will be sent.

• Can I return my order in store?
  Our online items are provided separately to our high street stores and are unable to offer returns, refund, or exchanges for online orders in store.

• I would like to cancel my order
  Contact via Live Chat is available for cancellation inquiries Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm. Once an order has been received by the Production Team, it cannot be cancelled. If an email is sent for cancellation, a response will be given within 24 hours.

• Can I return my personalised item?
  Personalised gifts cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, images of the faulty item/s should be sent along with your order number to the Customer Service Team for further assistance.

• Can I return my balloons?
  Inflated balloons cannot be returned as they are perishable goods. If they arrive damaged or deflated, please send images of the balloons along with your order number to the Customer Service Team.

• What is your returns policy?
  Unsuitable goods with a receipt can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. This excludes food products and underwear unless faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable and exempt from exchange. A refund will be issued via the original payment method.

• Can I return a faulty product?
  Faulty products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase. After this period, an exchange may be provided or a refund if the item is no longer available. The receipt or alternative proof of purchase is required.

• I have lost my receipt, can I still get a refund?
  An alternative proof of purchase is acceptable if the original receipt is unavailable. This can include a banking transaction.

• Can I have a credit note?
  Credit notes are not available.

• Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class, 3-5 days estimated delivery with 97.5% of orders arriving within 3 days, available Monday to Saturday, order by 2pm.
• Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class, 1-3 days estimated delivery with 90% arriving the day after dispatch, available Monday to Saturday, order by 4pm.
• The Click & Collect service has a 2 working days estimated delivery timeframe, available Monday to Saturday, with an order cut off time of 2pm.
• Next Working Day Delivery available for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm, delivered the next working day.
• Saturday Courier Delivery guarantees Saturday delivery for orders placed before the Thursday cut off at 12pm.

Note: The delivery timescales start from the moment a despatch notification is received. Not all products are available for all delivery methods, necessitating more than one order placement. Next Day & Saturday Deliveries require placement before the specified cut-off times. Orders placed on the weekend using the Next Working Day Delivery option are dispatched on Monday and expected to be delivered by Tuesday. Inflated balloons ordered after the Thursday 2pm cut-off will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

Royal Mail International Delivery Services

• Air Mail - Europe with an estimated delivery of 3-5 working days, from Monday to Friday, order by 12pm.
• Air Mail - Rest of World with an estimated delivery of 6-7 working days, from Monday to Friday, order by 12pm.
