• Products are warranted to be free from material defects in workmanship and material under normal use.
• Warranty periods:
  • Twenty-four months for all mint retail products.
  • Twelve months for B-Stock products.
  • Twenty-four, Twelve, six, or zero months for Replacement Parts, as specified on the category page.
• In case of a valid claim within the Warranty Period, the hardware defect will be repaired at no charge using new or refurbished parts.
• The warranty period extends by the amount of time the product is out of possession for repair.
• Repaired or replaced parts are warranted for ninety (90) days or the remainder of the original Warranty Period, whichever is longer.
• Resolving warranty issues primarily through Creative's Worldwide Support site is recommended.
• For warranty service, an order number and the purchasing email address are required for products bought from the Creative Store; a proof of purchase is necessary for offline purchases.

Return Policy:

• Products purchased from the Creative Store can be returned under a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
• The 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers cases where the product does not meet needs, is defective, or is damaged in transit.
• Replacement Parts have a 14-day return window for both electronic and non-electronic products.
• Non-defect related returns will be refunded the product price as of the order date; no refund for shipping costs.
• Partial refunds on bundled items will be based on the full selling price of the retained product subtracted from the bundle price.
• Outside the 30-day satisfaction period, defective products may be returned for repair or replacement.
• Refunds are not provided for products purchased from retailers—contact the retailer for refund options.

Returns Process:

• Returns for working products must meet these conditions:
  • Initiated within 30 days of the order.
  • Returned in mint, resalable condition, with original packaging and contents.
• An RMA number is required for all returns—products without an RMA may face identification issues or longer processing times.
• Steps for obtaining an RMA:
  1. Lodge a return request by signing into the account or contacting customer service with the order number and email address.
  2. For defective products, the technical team will confirm the defect before issuing an RMA.
• Shipping costs for the return of non-defective products are not refundable.

Delivery costs in Creative Labs

Delivery Methods and Free Shipping

Customers have two main shipping methods to choose from:

• Creative Saver: This option takes 2 - 5 business days for delivery. If the order weighs less than 2kg, the shipping charge is £4; for orders 2kg and above, the shipping charge is £10. To qualify for free shipping, orders must total £79 and above.
• Standard Shipping: This option promises a delivery time of 1 - 3 business days. For orders less than 2kg, a fee of £5 is charged; for orders weighing 2kg and above, the charge is £12. Note that free shipping does not apply to this option.

Please note that delivery to certain overseas territories is not possible.

Order Tracking

After an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing courier details, a tracking link, and an estimated delivery date. It is advisable to check various folders including Spam if such an email is not found by the estimated delivery date. For further assistance, contact customer service.

Delivery Rescheduling and Address Changes

To alter the delivery address, it must be done before the order has been processed by the fulfilment hub. The recommendation is to cancel the order and create a new one if changes are required. Once an order is processed, it's no longer possible to alter it. If a change is needed afterwards, the courier should be contacted directly using the information provided in the shipping notification email.

Not Home During Delivery

If no one is present at the time of delivery, a notification note will be left. Contact the courier directly to schedule another delivery attempt. If the tracking information indicates delivery while absent, check whether the parcel was left with a neighbour or somewhere safe nearby.

Choosing a specific time or day for delivery is currently not supported.

Lost in Transit

In case of non-receipt of an order, the advice is to first reach out to the courier using the contact details in the shipping notification email. As a secondary option, the Creative Store can be contacted for assistance.

Only one delivery address is allowed per order. For multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
