For items over £50, send goods by International Recorded post and retain proof of postage. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
Return within 30 days if damaged, defective, incorrectly advertised, or not as ordered. Full refund or replacement, including postage costs, will be provided. Cannot accept items damaged due to improper handling.

Faulty Products:
Faulty items can be returned within the first six months of receipt (unless otherwise specified). MyMemory tests all returns for faults. If not faulty, the item will be returned at MyMemory's cost. Faulty goods may be replaced with a different brand of the same value. Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be replaced if incorrect, faulty, or damaged. A refund for these items is not possible.

Unwanted Products:
Withdrawing from a purchase can be done up to 14 days after receipt by emailing the customer service team. Not required to provide a cancellation reason. Exchange or refund is given if items are returned within 14 days of delivery and must be adequately packaged with a completed returns form.
