EE - payment methods

Ways to pay a mobile phone bill at EE:

• Pay online: Payment can be made with a debit or credit card either on the EE website or using the EE app. Bills can also be paid without logging in for those who do not have an EE account.


• Direct Debit: Direct Debits can be set up online through EE's service. Prior to setting up a Direct Debit, any outstanding balance on the account needs to be cleared. Direct Debits are typically taken 8 days post-bill date, with the exact date specified on the bill.


• Pay by text: If a credit or debit card is registered online with EE, payments can be made by texting "PAY" to 150 and following the instructions. Cards are registered through previous online or phone payments, or cards can be newly registered online as well.


• By phone: Using a debit or credit card, payments can be made over the phone by calling 150 from an EE phone, or +44 (0) 7953 966 250 from any other phone.


• Bank transfer: For UK bank accounts, payments can be made using EE's sort code and account number, with the user's EE account number as the payment reference. When transferring from non-UK bank accounts, the BIC/SWIFT code along with IBAN is provided, again using the EE account number as the payment reference. Bank transfers should be performed with enough lead time to account for processing days.


• By cheque: Cheques should be sent at least 5 days prior to the bill due date and must be payable to EE, with the user's EE account number and mobile number written on the back. Cheques are to be accompanied by the payment slip from the last page of the bill and sent to the provided address.


• At an EE store: Bill payments can be made in person at any EE store location.
