• In case customers are unable to watch content they have paid for due to reasons beyond their control, such as a fault with their line or broadband speed, they are instructed to inform O2 within 28 days of the purchase to potentially receive a refund.
• Special offers may have specific terms that modify the standard cancellation policy, and O2 will not change the terms of any valid offer during its validity unless it is to correct an obvious error or omission.
• If O2 makes changes to their services or Terms of Use that are likely to materially disadvantage the customer, they will notify the customer at least 30 days in advance. This notification may give customers the opportunity to cancel memberships or viewing add-ons before the changes take effect.
