How can one return an order from Cricut?

Complaints and Return Policy:

• If there is an issue with the products purchased, contacting support@cricut.com is mandatory within five (5) days of receipt.
• Returns are accepted within fifteen days following receipt of the order.
• Opened CRICUT® cartridges and digital content are ineligible for returns.
• Returns must be in a condition that is resalable and in their original, unopened packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where a damaged product was received, or the wrong item was sent.
• Damaged products must be returned and will be exchanged with the same item or a credit will be given, as preferred by the customer.
• For international returns, the customer may be responsible for currency conversion costs.
• An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before any return process is initiated. Obtaining an RMA can be done by contacting customer support. Any returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Post receiving the RMA, the return items must be received within fourteen (14) days.
