Refunds are available within specific time frames depending on when you choose to withdraw, subject to certain conditions.
- 100% refund within 7 days after enrollment but before the start of your program.
- 100% refund 8 or more days after enrollment but before the start of your program, except for LSAT and MCAT courses if online materials have been accessed (with stipulated fees).
No refunds will be given after the start of the program.
Shipping costs for any returned materials are not refunded, and materials must be unopened and unmarked.
Self-Paced (including Self-Paced Programs with Tutoring and AI Essay Feedback Products):
Refunds of 100% are available within 7 days after enrollment provided no more than two essays have been submitted for AI Essay Feedback, and no tutoring has been used.
No refunds are given 8 or more days after enrollment, for tutoring used, or for more than two essays submitted for AI feedback.
Private Tutoring and Academic Tutoring:
100% refund for cancellations made within 7 days after enrollment but before the first scheduled tutoring session.
80% refund for cancellations made 8 days or more after enrollment but before the first tutoring session, if online materials were accessed.
No refunds are given once tutoring begins, or if no sessions are scheduled within 90 days after enrollment.
Homework Help Subscription:
Free trials can be canceled anytime before expiration without a charge; subsequent monthly fees are non-refundable, but the remaining minutes can be used until the next billing date, at which time they expire.
A prorated refund for unused minutes may be requested within the first 30 days of purchase.
One-Time Purchase of Homework Help:
No refunds are available for a one-time purchase of Homework Help.
