How can one return an order from Justice?

Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don't, we will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or unused items purchased from shopjustice.com within 45 days of the item shipment date. Once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled or changed. Refunds will be provided for items eligible for return in the manner in which the original purchase was made.

• Discounts given at the time of purchase will be deducted from returned merchandise refund.
• In the event of a return, discount will be forfeited and may not be reused.
• Final sale items are not returnable.
• Shipping and handling are nonrefundable.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost or postage to self-mail.
• The return label cost will be deducted from the refund due amount back to the customer.
• We reserve the right to verify original purchase for returns requested without an order number or shipping confirmation.

In the event an exchange is needed, it is recommended to order the new item(s) while at the same time returning the original items ordered to expedite your refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Click 'Request A Return' below to look up your order.
2. You have the choice to receive a printable return label or to return in person via Happy Returns. Find your nearest location here!
3. For in-person returns, there’s no need to print or package anything. Just bring your item(s) and your QR code in to your nearest return bar location and we’ll take care of the rest. In-person returns will have a $3.50/item processing fee.
4. For mail-in returns, please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. All contiguous U.S. orders will have the option of a $4.00 an item return label fee which will be deducted from the total refund or credit if the provided label is used.
5. You may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method at your expense.
6. Justice is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Justice does not provide gift wrapping services nor the option to include a gift message with the order. Additionally, invoices are included in all packages, and all returns are credited back to the original form of payment.

Conditions and methods of delivery in Justice

Shipping Methods at Shop Justice

• Shipping is available to all 50 US states, US territories (including America Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and to APO/FPO addresses.
• Justice does not ship to hotels or freight forwarders; orders to these addresses will be canceled.

Shipping Timeframes:

• Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days are processed the same day, with 1-2 business days expected for delivery. Orders placed after 2pm EST are processed the next business day.

Weekend Delivery: USPS may deliver packages on Saturdays. Other delivery services provide Monday through Friday delivery only.
