How can one return an order from Soma?

Soma Return Policy

All merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted within 60 days of the date of purchase, excluding "final sale" or "as-is" items, gift cards, and gift boxes. Returns require original or gift receipt, or for the purchase date and amount to be validated in the system. Customer identification may be necessary to prevent fraud. The right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges is reserved.

Refunds are processed in the original form of payment, unless the refund is issued for a gift receipt return. In cases of multiple forms of payment, the order of refunds is merchandise cards/gift cards, credit cards, checks, and finally cash.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, or if the merchandise is defective. Specific items have particular return conditions:

• Swimwear, watches, intimates, and hosiery must be unworn and in original packaging or with original ticketing and sanitary shields (if any) intact.
• Under the risk-free bra guarantee, full-price bras can be returned for any reason, even if washed or worn.

Refunds without original ticketing are issued as a merchandise credit. Merchandise purchased at different store types or websites must be returned to their original purchase locations. Returns must be made in the country of original purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased in airport or cruise locations must be returned at those specific locations.

Online and Telephone Purchases

Merchandise purchased via PayPal may be returned in stores or through mail using the provided return shipping label. For unknown labels, Customer Service should be contacted.

Returns by mail should include the invoice and use the Prepaid Return Shipping Label provided. Without a Prepaid Return Shipping Label, a downloadable and printable label from the Returns Portal can be used. A $7.00 USD handling fee will be deducted from the mail return refunds.

International Returns

Orders shipped outside the U.S. cannot be returned or exchanged in boutiques or outlets and must be returned through Customer Service within 60 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
