How to return an order in The Walking Company?

Starting A Return:
Before starting your return, please review the full return policy below. By using the online system, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined on this page.
To return a product, it is required to first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures that returns can be processed in a timely manner.

Return Policy:

• Unworn merchandise can be returned for up to 30 days from the date the package was delivered.
• All items must be returned in the original shoe box/packaging and placed inside a shipping box.
• Any damage to the merchandise or the original shoe box (tape, shipping labels, or markings) will void any return and result in the items being returned.
• All returns will be inspected to ensure the items are in unworn condition and with the original packaging intact. Items that do not pass inspection will be returned at your cost or forfeited.
• Merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and/or order confirmation email.
• For all FINAL CLEARANCE merchandise, sales are FINAL AND NON-RETURNABLE.
• There will be a $10.00 shipping charge deducted from your return once received.
• There is no charge for items being exchanged through mail.
• All purchases will be credited to the original form of payment used.
• When returning a gift for refund, the refund will be provided directly to the purchaser of the gift.
• If there is a defect with the merchandise, contact the Customer Service department about returning or replacing the merchandise.
• If an item was received in error, contact the Customer Service Department for instructions on how to return this item.
• If a purchase included a special promotion or discounts with multiple items, returning partial items will forfeit any discounts applied to the transaction.
• For "buy one, get one" promotions, if only part of the promotion is returned, the return will be rejected, no refund will be issued, and the items will be sent back or forfeited.

All quoted shipping estimates are in business days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays or time to process the orders in our warehouse. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

Complimentary Delivery
In-stock items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically ship from the warehouse within 2 business days and will arrive in an additional 5-7 business days.

Fulfilled By Partner
Items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically ship 2-3 additional business days to process before shipping. Orders fulfilled by partner cannot ship outside of the U.S. These orders are not eligible for expedited shipping, rush shipping, to PO boxes or APO/FPO and cannot be cancelled or modified once order is submitted.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

• Hawaii: Orders placed by 9:00 AM HST, Monday through Friday will be shipped the 2nd business day or Overnight. Certain destinations cannot be guaranteed overnight delivery. Rates apply to a single mailing address and shipping is Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Unfortunately, delivery to P.O. Boxes in Hawaii is not possible.

Shipping to Canada
All orders shipped to Canada will include a shipping charge and can incur customs, duties, taxes, and potential brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For rate information, please refer to the chart above.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
It is not possible to ship to more than one address at a time. Separate orders must be submitted for each address, and shipping fees cannot be combined.
