Returns & ExchangesMytheresa provides customers the option to return any purchase within 30 days of receipt. The procedure to return items is as follows:

1. Returns with DHL
   • Use the enclosed returns and exchanges form to indicate which item(s) are to be returned and the reason for the return, or the desired exchange size.
   • Insert the form along with the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
   • Fill in three copies of the Pro-Forma invoice, place them in the included transparent envelope, and attach it to the parcel without closing it.
   • Parcel can be handed over to DHL via a drop-off at a nearby store or by arranging a pick-up.
   • A confirmation of the refund will be sent once the returned item(s) have been processed.
2. Exchanges
   • Contact Customer Care to reserve the new desired size and follow the same steps mentioned above for returns.
   • The exchanged item(s) will be shipped after processing the returned items.
