How to return an order in Airportservices.ae?

Terms and Conditions:

• In case of a cancellation where the service has been confirmed and booked by AirportServices.ae and the travel date is more than 48 hours away, a refund will be credited to AirportServices wallet, which can be used for future bookings.
• If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the travel date and the services have not been confirmed or booked by airportservices.ae, a cancellation charge of a minimum of $30 or 15% of the fee paid (whichever is higher) will be deducted. The rest of the amount will be refunded within 72 working hours. Opting for a refund in the Airport Services wallet will waive off the cancellation charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the confirmed service time will not be eligible for a refund.
• Amendments can be made 24 hours prior to the service schedule at a 50% additional charge. For modifications less than 24 hours before service time, it will be considered a "No-Show" and no amendments are allowed.
• "No Shows" or service declined for any reason will be charged at 100%, and no refund will be processed.
• Products booked with a promotional code are ineligible for refunds.
• In the event of disruption caused by natural phenomena, the standard cancellation and refund terms will apply.
• It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) and/or the person who booked the service to inform AirportServices.ae of any changes to booking details, by emailing support@airportservices.ae more than 48 hours before the flight time. Changes notified within 48 hours of the flight time will incur an administration charge.
• For delays departing from the UK, if the delay extends the service beyond 3 hours, additional coverage charged per hour will be offered. For arrivals into the UK delayed more than three hours, it is the responsibility of the passenger(s) or booking agent to contact airportservices.ae to confirm if additional coverage is required, chargeable per hour or part thereof from the arrival time of the flight. If there is no contact made, no new greeter will be provided for the new arrival time.
