Refunds & Returns

• Exchange: Eligible purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another course of equal or lower value.
• Refund: A refund will be granted back to the payment method used if it meets the 14-day refund policy. Please allow up to 30 days for the money to be returned. Access to the course will be deactivated and removed.

Payment options for services can be taken in one payment, or spread across a 6 month payment plan.

Payment Plans:

• An initial deposit is taken upon purchase and the remaining balance is then taken in equal, fixed amounts for a period of six months.
• Payments will automatically be collected each month until the end of the plan.
• If a card expires or if a payment is not authorised, payment will be retried up to three times. Upon the third failure, the course will be put ""On Hold"" and will be inaccessible until the payment issue is resolved. All course progress will be saved.
• Your course will be taken off hold once the payment plan has been resumed from the account.

Refunds & Returns:

• Eligible purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another course of equal or lower value, or refunded.
• In cases where an exchange is declined, a refund will be granted back to the payment method used, provided it otherwise meets the 14-day refund policy.
• Refund abuse policy: Refunds or exchanges may be denied in cases of suspected abuse, such as:
  1. Part of the course has been consumed or studied before a refund is requested.
  2. Multiple refunds requested by a student for the same course.
  3. Excessive refunds requested by a student.
  4. Students with blocked accounts or course access restricted due to terms violation.
• Refunds will be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Access to the course will be deactivated and removed.

Third Party Refunds: Centre of Excellence Online is not liable or responsible to issue refunds for purchases made via a third party. These should be referred to the policy of the organisation purchased from.

CoE Grow Membership: This yearly membership plan is automatically renewable on an annual basis until terminated. Membership fees are charged yearly on the renewal date. The membership is non-transferable, and the price is subject to change at any time, with existing membership prices not subject to change until the renewal date.

Grow Membership Credits:

• Membership provides 12 course credits and 12 audio course credits.
• If more courses are accessed than available credits, users will be billed the price for the applicable course.

Membership Cancellation: Cancellation is allowed within 14 days from sign-up provided no credits or benefits have been redeemed. If benefits have been redeemed within this period, a refund may be provided less the value of the redeemed benefits.
