Customers can return items purchased online within 30 days from delivery to receive a refund, which will be issued against the original form of payment.

For orders paid by cash, the refund process requires customers to provide bank details to transfer the refund amount to a bank account.

The items must return in the same condition as received, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Beachwear, underwear, and perfumes are returnable only if the package is sealed. Customized items are not eligible for exchange or return.
