How to return an order in Dropkick?

Important Notice for UAE, KSA, and Kuwait Shoppers:

  • Due to a planned system upgrade, there will be a period during which no returns/exchanges can be requested, both online and in-store. This period is as follows:
    • UAE: Feb 15th to March 8th
    • KSA: Feb 10th to March 8th
    • Kuwait: Feb 4th to March 8th
  • The return/exchange window will be extended once the maintenance period ends.

Returns Policy for Products Purchased via Credit / Debit Card:

  1. Contact Customer Care to create a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Make sure the returned products are unused, with the original tag still attached.
  3. Quality check is performed before dispatching items; however, for wrong, damaged or faulty items, contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving.
  4. It may take up to 14 working days to process a refund after the returned item is received.
  5. Shipping fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded. However, the Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product will be refunded.
  6. Reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on any product considered unfit for resale or if returned as a result of return abuse (wardrobing or renting).

  5. Shipping fees, COD fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded. However, the Value Added Tax (VAT) on the product will be refunded.
