How can one return an order from Rituals?

Returns & Exchanges

14 days to change your mind
If not completely satisfied with a purchase, there is a 14 days return service free of charge. However, all items must meet certain conditions to be eligible for return:

• Items must be returned unused.
• Must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

Creating a return request

1. Click on My Account -> Returns -> Create a Return.
2. Choose a reason for return.
3. Proceed & submit the request.

A courier partner will collect the package within 3-4 days. After the item is picked up and if it meets the return criteria:

• Unused and in good condition, with original tags.
• The amount will be refunded to the account within 2 working days or the respective bank account within 5-7 working days.

If unable to create a return request, an email can be sent to ritualsme@apparel-group.com.

Note: Returns for orders placed online cannot happen at any retail stores.

Other Return Conditions

• Cosmetic products may only be returned if unopened for hygienic reasons.
• Products must not show signs of wear or damage inflicted by the customer.
• Clothing must not be worn, soiled, or washed, with the original price tags attached.
• Underwear can only be returned in unopened packaging.
• Returns are processed only if the item is returned in saleable condition.

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Refunds

• Once the return order is accepted, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery, the refund will be given as store credit in the account.

Returns & Exchanges
Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return products free of charge, provided items are unused and in original, undamaged packaging. Certain conditions apply:

1. Cosmetic products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Clothing must be unworn, not soiled or washed, and with original price tags attached.
3. Underwear can only be returned in unopened packaging.
4. Returned items must be in sellable condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box (faulty products excluded).
5. Returns that show signs of wear and tear or other damages inflicted by the customer will be refused.

Returns are to be sent back only after contacting customer service. Note that returns for orders placed online cannot occur at retail stores.

Refund Process
After accepting the return order, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The method of refunding depends on the original payment method.

• If the order was paid for using cash on delivery, the refund will be issued as store credit to the customer's Rituals account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
