How to return an order in SpaBreaks?

Complaints and Returns Policy of SpaBreaks

• Bookings made online, or within 35 days of a Visit, or where the total value of the Booking is £60 or less, need to be paid in full at the time of Booking and are NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
• A deposit of £60 per person is required for Bookings made more than 35 days prior to the Visit. The full balance must be paid 35 days prior to the Visit.
• IF THE BALANCE OF A BOOKING IS NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE, there is a right to cancel the Booking and retain the deposit. Late payments incur a £25 late payment fee.
• All Bookings made within 56 days of the Visit are NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, and full payment shall be taken at the time of Booking.
• For international Bookings, a deposit must be paid at the time of Booking. The amount of the deposit will depend on the venue and services booked and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Amendments may be possible upon payment of a £25 admin fee, subject to availability and venue restrictions.
• All Bookings made online are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Those who make a Booking must be informed of any relevant medical conditions before booking a Service, as some treatments or activities might be harmful with certain medical conditions.
• Amendments to existing Bookings after issuance of Booking Confirmation are subject to a £25 change fee and additional venue's amendment and cancellation policies.
• If wishing to cancel a Booking, the lead booker must inform SpaBreaks in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
  • Only the deposit paid = The value of the Deposit paid.
  • Cancellation made within 35 days of UK-based Services or within 56 days for Services including international travel = 100% of the Booking price.
  • Online Bookings or Bookings of £60 or less = 100% of the Booking price.
• For Bookings confirmed either partly or wholly by a voucher, or gift card, then the value of the voucher or gift card is non-cancellable and non-refundable in any circumstance.
• Reducing the number of guests will result in loss of the £60 deposit per person removed, and a standard £25 administration fee will apply for any date or venue change.
• In the event of a part or full refund being payable, it will be paid to the same debit or credit card used to make the Booking.
• All gift cards bought in high street stores are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be extended unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

• Some Venues will insist on full payment at the time of Booking. These include but are not limited to: Bannatyne Village Spa and Malmaison venues.

Late payments:

• IF THE BALANCE OF THE BOOKING IS NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE, THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING AND RETAIN THE DEPOSIT IS RESERVED. PAYMENTS MADE LATER THAN THE DUE DATE WILL INCUR A £25 LATE PAYMENT FEE. THIS APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS.
