- Customers are responsible for informing Vaya Pty Ltd about any changes to the account status or details.
- An alternative payment method should be arranged if direct debit arrangements are canceled by Vaya Pty Ltd.
- All account holders must agree to the Direct Debit Authorisation.
- A fee of $15 is charged for rejected Direct Debit transactions.
