Juice Store - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Goods are applicable for exchanges provided that the Merchandise is still in “Sellable Condition”. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the condition originally sold. The decision as to whether the Merchandise is in “Sellable Condition” remains within JUICESTORE's sole discretion and its decision shall be final.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• For DEFECT exchanges, it must be requested within 14 days of delivery indicated by the customer’s tracking number provided. Returned merchandise must have prior written communication via email and authorised confirmation.
• RETURN SHIPPING fees as a result of an exchange or return (shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee for exchanges.
• Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided. Returns are issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY - NO CASH REFUNDS.
• All SALE ITEMS, discounted and promotional merchandise are FINAL and ineligible to be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are authorized by JUICESTORE in special cases and must be communicated and confirmed via email.
• Once a return has been accepted, reimbursement is processed with a confirmation email. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.

DAMAGED GOODS

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are currently delivered using DHL, SF International, and FedEx, charged at a flat rate.

DELIVERY WITHIN HONG KONG

DELIVERY TO CHINA
Orders for China are delivered using DHL, and shipments are charged on a flat rate basis. Selecting DHL ensures faster delivery, but duties are unpaid:

• All shipments to China are Delivery Duty Unpaid.
• Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
• Customers are required to complete all the customs or import duties on their own. Information about customs and imports duties can be found on the DHL website.
