How to return purchases in Pedro?

Returns & Refunds Policy:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and tickets attached.
• Returns are subject to a final inspection before processing.
• Items that do not meet the returns policy may be rejected and returned at the customer's expense.
• If the order qualified for a free Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the return causes the order value to fall below the GWP qualifying amount, the GWP must also be returned, or charges may apply.

To Return a Purchase:

1. Log in to PEDROSHOES.COM and go to My Purchases & Returns to submit a "Return Request".
2. Fill in the return slip, attach it to the items, and pack them in original packaging.
3. For SF Drop-off, visit an S.F. Service Center or Store Location in Hong Kong to drop off the return parcel.
4. For Self Return, send the items back with a preferred courier at customer's own cost.
5. Customers will be notified via email once the return has been processed.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are not available for online purchases. Customers must return their purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed within 7 - 14 working days after the return is received at the Singapore headquarters.
• The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
• Bank processing times vary for the refund to be completed.
