  • Returns are accepted under the 15 Days Return Policy if the product has manufacturing defects for a 100% refund. A 10% fee is charged if there are no manufacturing defects. Orders exceeding Rs. 1,00,000 are only eligible for exchange, not refunds, and the jewellery insurance amount is non-refundable.
  • Products showing signs of wear, alterations, or without the "Non Returnable If Torn" tag will not be accepted. The return must include the supporting paperwork and be exactly as shown on the website.
  • The policy allows for an exchange for 100% of the purchase value. If the new product is more expensive, the difference must be paid; if less, the balance is credited for future purchases. Products can be exchanged only once after which they come under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • Returns for orders paid via digital wallets, online vouchers, or gift cards will be eligible for exchanges only. The amount will be kept in Candere Wallet for future purchases if no exchange is decided upon.
  • Tushi products can only be exchanged, with no refunds available. Bespoke products designed through customization services are also excluded from the 15-day return policy but are included under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
  • If engravings or tags are removed, a 10% deduction is applicable. For exchanges, 100% value is adjusted against the new order.
  • In an exchange, the current gold rates and offers will apply. Loose solitaire diamonds, gemstones, gold coins, bars, and frames are not covered under 15 Day Return policy.
  • DGRP orders are only exchangeable with a 10% cancellation fee; no refunds allowed. International orders are not eligible for this feature.

Procedure for Returning Products

  1. Request a return via the Candere account under My Orders, citing reasons for dissatisfaction.

  2. Ensure the product is repacked in its original packing with all accessories, tags, boxes, and original Invoice.

  3. Contact customer service to arrange pickup. The return address is Enovate Lifestyles Private Limited, Mumbai, India.

  4. A refund is processed within 10-14 working days, credited to the original payment method.

  5. Items returned must include any appraisal certificates provided. If the certificate is missing, the cost of replacement will be deducted from the refund.

For packaging returns, use the extra packing material provided, do not wrap using cello tape, seal the shipment before handing it to the courier, and take a video while packing for reference.
