Refund Policy – VOYLLA

The products eligible for return, replacement, or refund are specified on the product details page. The specific policy on the product page overrides the general return policy stated below.

• Jewellery: Gold, Silver, and Diamond Jewellery, as well as Fashion Jewellery, can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Fashion and Lifestyle Products: Except for certain items, can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Accessories, footwear, sunglasses, Scarfs, Bags, Wallets, Mobile Covers, and Home Decorative: These can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Innerwear, Lingerie, Socks, Stockings, and certain other personal items, as well as UNBOXED Products, are non-returnable.
• Stationary Items: Diaries and Books can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are refused under the following circumstances:

1. If the product is damaged while in possession of the customer.
2. If the product has been used, washed, or soiled.
3. Lack of original condition and packaging including tags, boxes, and accessories.
4. Products with missing or tampered serial numbers.
5. Discrepancy in what was shipped and what was returned.
6. Combos/sets are not eligible for individual replacement or return.
