Refund Policy at Malabar Gold & Diamonds

• The return period is 14 days from the day of delivery.
• A return request must be made within this period for a refund.
• Products must return in original condition with all paperwork, such as insurance certificate, invoice, and product certificate.
• Exclusions to refund facility:
  • Gold coins
  • Silver articles
  • Gold rakhi
  • Watches
  • Specific orders like Smart Buy (Make to Order), customization, engraving
  • Personalized items, gift cards, or products bought using promotion codes/discounts

Return Process:

1. Email care.in@malabargoldanddiamonds.com to initiate a return.
2. Customers will be provided with a "Return Packaging Kit".
3. Customers must create a video of packing process and send via WhatsApp with order number.
4. Courier arrangements will be made for return, or customers can use their courier service.
5. A quality check (QC) is conducted upon receipt of the product.

Please note: The backward pick-up process may take 7 to 10 working days. If QC passes, the product cost and courier charges will be refunded. If QC fails, the customer must contact their courier service for claims.

Refund Processing:

1. After the product passes QC at Malabar Gold & Diamonds' facility, the refund process begins.
2. Refunds will be completed within 10 business days post QC verification.
3. The refund will be processed to the same account used for payment.

Customized Jewellery cannot be replaced, only repaired if damaged due to negligence. No Cash refund.
