How can one return an order from Sirona?

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Products cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases where an item is received in a damaged/defective condition or is different from the product described in the invoice. In such scenarios, the return should include the original packaging, tags, labels, original packing, serial number, freebies, and other accessories. The return must be initiated within seven (7) business days from the date of order delivery. The steps to initiate a return/refund within seven (7) days of receiving the order are:

1. Contact Customer Support via email at info@thesirona.com within seven (7) business days of receiving the order, or call +91-9718866644.
2. Provide order ID details and the request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items, including an image of the product and the invoice for reference.
3. The delivery partner will pick up the products within two (2) to four (4) business days. The refund or replacement process will only be initiated if the products received are in their original packaging with their seals and labels intact.

Should a product arrive damaged or defective, or if the wrong product is received, a request for replacement or cancellation and refund can be made by following the steps mentioned above. Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation before shipment: If the order or item(s) have not been shipped yet, cancellation can be requested by writing to customer support at info@thesirona.com or calling +91-9718866644. Cancellation is also possible via the orders section in the Sirona Site and the mobile app. Following cancellation, the money will be refunded within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours.
• Cancellation post shipment: To cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet delivered, it is necessary to contact Customer Support. If the order has been handed over to the courier company, they may still attempt delivery. It is advised not to accept the delivery of the order. Once the product(s) are received back and verified, a refund will be processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours.

Note: The returns and replacement policy is applicable to purchases made through the Site (as defined in the Terms of Use), the mobile site, and the mobile applications (on Google Play Store and Apple App Store) owned and operated by Sirona Hygiene Private Limited.

Delivery costs in Sirona

Syscom Hygiene Private Limited (“Sirona”) delivers products through its authorised delivery partners. All products/orders require successful pre-payment, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which are applicable only within the range of INR 199 to INR 3000. The delivery address is provided by the customer and the responsibility for the accuracy of this information lies with the customer.

Usually, delivery takes between six (6) to eight (8) working days after an order is accepted. Product availability, geographic location, customers' shipping destination, and courier partner's delivery schedule may affect delivery times. In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond Sirona’s control, there may be a delay, and delivery will take place as soon as possible.

• Shipping is available throughout India.
• A shipping charge of INR 99 is applied to orders below INR 199. Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

To track an order:

1. An email with the tracking number and courier details is sent after dispatch.
2. The package can be tracked 24 hours after dispatch from the warehouse.

In case of non-delivery:

• Non-delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification, by contacting Sirona through the provided email or phone number, or via the chat on the website/mobile app.
• After 48 hours from the recorded delivery time, Sirona bears no liability.

If an order is delivered without the freebie or discounted product:

• A coupon worth INR 100 will be issued if the freebie cannot be delivered.
• If a discounted product cannot be delivered, a refund of the actual amount paid will be processed.
