How to return purchases in Himalaya?

Refund Policy

Himalaya Wellness (India) offers a 100% no quibble money back guarantee. If customers are not satisfied with any products purchased, there is a promise of a 100% refund (excluding delivery charge and gift-wrapping where appropriate).

• Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• When returning goods, customers should quote the order number, their name, name of the product and the reason why they are returning the goods.

Delays in Postage:

Returns are accepted if received back in the warehouse within 30 days. Shipments reaching after 30 days due to postal delays are taken on a case-to-case basis.

• Products should be sent back to the respective fulfillment centers from which they were shipped.

For CoD orders, the refund is processed upon receiving bank account details from the customer. Customers can write to contactus@himalayawellness.com for more details.

Postage Expenses:

Postage expense incurred for returning goods is not refunded.

Replacement Guarantee:

There is a 100% no quibble money back guarantee. In case a replacement is not available, the amount will be refunded.

Returns and Replacements:

• Returns are not possible if the products are used, the request is made outside the specified time frame, or the products have tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
• Partial returns are allowed if the customer has ordered multiple items. However, shipment charges need to be borne by the customer.
• Replacements are sent once the original products to be replaced are received and the courier details are shared with the support team. The replacement parcels reach customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
• Exchanges are accommodated if communicated within 30 days and the products reach the warehouse within 30 days from the date of the original order's shipment. Again, shipment charges are borne by the customer.

Refunds:

Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or when a replacement cannot be provided due to no stock availability. Refunds are issued once the products are received at the warehouse.
