What is Urbanic’s Return Policy?

Customers can request a return within 10 days from product delivery, for items that are eligible for return. This excludes lingerie, jewelry, holiday accessories, and some surfer swimsuits, as return eligibility varies from product to product. For specific return information, please check the product details page.

To complete a return, items must be in their actual condition with tags and packaging intact, and the item must be unused. After receiving the returned item at the warehouse, it undergoes a quality check, and once it passes, the refund process is initiated. Trying on the product is permissible, but customers should avoid causing any damage to the product.

To apply for a return:

1. Login to the Urbanic account used to place the order.
2. Go to the "Me" section from the home page.
3. Select the order to return from the order list.
4. Select the products and quantities to return. If multiple products are involved, apply for each item individually by clicking the return option against the item.
5. Select the reason for return and provide detail about the issue encountered.
6. Upload images for review by the Urbanic team.
7. Fill in the required details such as pickup address, preferred pickup time, and bank details for COD orders.
8. Submit the return request.

Once a return request is submitted and approved, Urbanic's courier partner will be assigned for product pickup at the agreed date and time, depending on availability. The refund is processed post-pickup if the item satisfies Urbanic's quality parameters. If the product fails the quality check at pickup, no refund will be issued. Note that item refunds are provided, but shipping fees, COD service charges, and other fees are non-refundable. The pickup service for returned items comes at no additional cost.

Exceptions and Rules:

• All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact.
• If a return involves an item with a free gift/offer, both the main and gift items must be returned for the refund.
• Urbanic is not responsible for products returned by mistake and will not handle misplacement or replacement of such items.
• In cases of lost orders in transit or undelivered orders due to logistics issues, a full refund is provided for online payments.
• At delivery time, rejected orders do not have Convenience Fees refunded.
• Partial order cancellations or item returns do not warrant a refund of Convenience Fees.
• If a full order cancellation occurs, the applicable Convenience Fee is refunded.
• For accounts that violate the fair usage policy, shipping, or convenience fees will not be refundable regardless of order value.
