The following outlines the policy of complaints and returns:

• Returns are available within a 7-day window from the date of delivery.
• Note:

  Returns, Refunds or Exchanges are not applicable on Innerwear, Thermal wear, Gaiters, Masks, and Hazmat Suits.

• Discounted products and promotions such as "Buy One, Get One" Offers typically do not qualify for returns, with the exception of Travelcases and Duffel Trollies.
• Exchanges can be conducted at any Wildcraft stores, ensuring the presence of the original invoice and product tags.

Terms & Conditions

1. Returned items must pass a quality checklist for a refund/replacement to be processed.
2. Items must be undamaged, with original tags intact.
3. Any damages due to negligence, improper usage, or application will not be accepted under the return policy.
4. A legible Return Form with a Return ID should accompany the returned items.
5. Promotional offer rules might override this Return Policy.
6. Currently, reverse pick-ups are not available for some remote locations. Items should be sent back to the provided Wildcraft address with a generated Return ID for refund processing after passing quality checks.
