How to return purchases in Woodland?

Exchange Policy:

• Items purchased from woodlandworldwide.com can be exchanged at any authorised Woodland store (factory outlets excluded) if the customer is not satisfied.
• If a suitable product is not available at retail stores, customers may place a return request at care@woodlandworldwide.com and order anew within 15 days of delivery.
• Exchange requests will not be entertained after 15 days from the date of delivery.

Return Policy:

• Customers can raise a return request by emailing care@woodlandworldwide.com within 15 days of receipt, citing the reason for return.
• Products such as Bodywear, Socks, Caps, Face Masks, Shoe Care Products, Laces, Keyrings, and Gloves are not eligible for return.
• Returns are only accepted if items are returned in their original packaging, with invoice, unused, and with all tags attached.
• Woodland has the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet Return Policy guidelines.
• A pick-up for the return will be arranged from the original delivery address within 72 hours of the request, and it can take 5–7 working days for the product to reach the Order processing centre.
• The return process initiates only after the item arrives at the Order processing centre.
• Woodland retail outlets do not process returns.

Cancellation Policy:

• Woodland reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any point for various reasons including product unavailability, delivery limitations, or pricing errors.
• If an order is cancelled, customers will be notified, and prepaid orders will be refunded via the original payment method.
• Order cancellation requests by users will be considered, but Woodland reserves the right to accept or reject these requests. If the order is not yet processed/approved, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
• Orders that have been packed cannot be cancelled. If delivery is attempted, refusal of the delivery is requested for returns, with the refund processed after receipt at the Order processing centre for prepaid orders.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed to the same payment method used initially within 15 working days post-receipt at the Order processing centre.
• Refund times are subject to the policies of the issuing banks.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be given through bank transfers and require a cancelled cheque with the refund request.
• Shipping charges for orders below Rs 1000/- are non-refundable if the order is delivered or delivery is attempted.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If a refund is not received, customers should first check their bank account.
• Contact the credit card company as there can be a delay before a refund is posted.
• Banks might also have a processing time before posting a refund. If all steps have been checked and the refund is still not received, please email care@woodlandworldwide.com.

Important Note:

• Upon delivery, ensure that the product is undamaged, properly packed, and acknowledge receipt with the delivery person.
• If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery.
• An unpacking video is required for claims related to receipt of fake/wrong items and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
