How to return purchases in Levi's?

RETURN POLICY

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the order confirmation date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, without alterations, and with all tags attached.
• Levi.in reserves the right to deny refund if items do not meet Return Policy guidelines.
• Final sales, promotional items or opened packaged items may not be returned or refunded.
• If an item is received damaged or defective, or proves to be defective with normal wear within 30 days, it can be returned for assessment and possible refund if validated as faulty.
• After two failed return pickup attempts, the return request will be cancelled.
• Once a return is received and approved, a refund will be credited within 15 days.
• Do not hand over additional items not included in the original return pickup order. Contact Customer Care to arrange pickup for additional products.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 15 days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer only. Customer Care will reach out for necessary bank details.
• Refunds cannot be issued through cash or cheque.
• If a returned item does not comply with the Returns Policy, the refund may not be approved.

ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

• In case of receiving a damaged item, contact Customer Care immediately.
• Full refund available for items that arrive damaged, if reported within 1 week of receiving the package.

EXCHANGE

Currently not available. Place a new order if not satisfied with the original purchase.

IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Products bought online cannot be returned or exchanged in retail stores. Follow the online return process.
