• To initiate a refund/exchange, please email ask@fitgear.shop

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the receipt of the order.
• Items must be returned with tags intact and in original packaging.
• Items must be unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and free of wear and tear.
• The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs; exchanges will be shipped free of charge thereafter.
• Fitgear reserves the right to reject refund or exchange requests that do not comply with these terms.
• For refunds: shipping fees paid are not refundable, and refunds are issued after products are received and processed at the warehouse.
• Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for a refund.
• Exchanges are limited to one time only.

REFUND/EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

• Please allow up to 5 working days for the return to be assessed and the refund/exchange to be processed.
• Refunds may take up to 15 business days to be credited back to the original mode of payment, especially for Online Banking purchases.
