Returns Policy:

• Submit product(s) for return within 14 calendar days from receipt.
• Returns not accepted if the application is not submitted within this timeframe.
• Products excluded from returns include: underwear, socks, final clearance items, altered/customized products, and limited edition collections.
• Returned product(s) must be in original condition, unwashed and unused, with original packaging, price tags, and labels.
• To submit a return application, login to Levi's Malaysia Official Online Store. Guest users must contact Customer Care Center.
• Refund amount corresponds to the net amount paid after discounts and promotions.
• If a Gift with Purchase is included, it must be returned with the product(s) to process the return.
• Levi’s Malaysia reserves the right to reject returns not meeting these requirements.

2. For missing return labels or assistance, contact the Customer Care Center.
3. Drop off returns package at any GDEX designated location.
4. Returns undergo inspection to ensure compliance with return requirements.

6. Refunds usually processed within 30 working days, depending on card issuer or bank.

Levi's offers several methods of order delivery for customers in Malaysia. Below are the detailed order delivery methods:

• Delivery Areas:

  Levi's ships orders throughout Malaysia, including Klang Valley, Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. International shipping is not available through the Malaysia store.

• Delivery Charges:

  Levi's charges a flat rate of RM25 for orders below RM250. For orders above RM250, delivery is free of charge.

• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Klang Valley area: approximately 2 to 3 working days.
  • Peninsular Malaysia: around 3 to 5 working days.
  • Sabah & Sarawak: about 5 to 7 working days.

  *Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Malaysia.

• Missed Deliveries:

  If a delivery is missed, the carrier will attempt to re-deliver the package. After the second failed attempt, the parcel will be returned to the carrier depot and further action must be taken by the customer within a stipulated time frame to avoid the parcel being sent back to the Levi’s Malaysia Ecomm warehouse. In such cases, a refund will be processed within 10 -14 business days after the return, although this may take longer during holiday and festive seasons.

• Order Tracking:

  Customers can track the delivery status of their orders by using the tracking option provided.

• Different Billing and Shipping Addresses:

  It is possible to ship to an address that differs from the billing address. Customers will have this option during online checkout.
