• General Merchandise Change of Mind Returns Policy:
  1. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
  2. All items eligible for return will have a ‘Return’ button in the order details. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

• Furniture, Rugs and Bulky Items Change of Mind Returns Policy:
  1. Original packaging must be retained and included with the return.
  2. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
  3. No liability is accepted for damage in return transit.
  4. Store credit equal to the value paid for the item will be issued once the return is processed; no refunds to credit cards are provided for these items.
