EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Satisfaction with merchandise ordered is of high priority. If there is any dissatisfaction, the following steps should be taken:

• Goods may be exchanged at the nearest Company’s store or sent back to the Online department within 15 days of delivery with the original invoice, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged, and not altered.
• Bags, Perfumes, Watches, and Accessories are non-exchangeable items.
• Exchange due to differences in screen color or lighting during photoshoots will not be entertained unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
• No cash refunds are provided; online store coupons are issued for out-of-stock items.
• Shrunk fabric from the Unstitched category is non-exchangeable.
• The exchange can be declined at the store manager/staff discretion.
• Decisions by the Company regarding exchanges and returns are considered final.
• Items purchased under the UP TO 50% And More discount fall under a 'NO-CLAIM, NO-RETURN' policy.

Option 1: By Courier

4. Customers will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the returned product was damaged or not as per the order, the return shipping amount will be reimbursed via discount coupons for subsequent online purchases.
5. The customer is also responsible for courier charges for both ways if the returned products are as per the order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization.
• Free delivery is provided for orders worth Rs. 4000 and above. For orders less than Rs. 4000, a delivery cost of Rs. 200 will be charged.
• The aim is to deliver orders within 3 to 5 working days, subject to the provision of a valid address. However, deliveries may be delayed or rendered impossible by force majeure events.
• Dispatches are not made on weekends, gazetted holidays, or outside normal business hours.
• In case of COD (cash on delivery), the delivery shall only be made against a full cash payment.
• For orders made through credit/debit card, the order will be processed after 48 hours of the payment captured time.
• Orders with advance payments can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.
• If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a refund will only be processed once the return shipment is received from the courier (applicable to credit/debit card orders only).
• A signature will be required upon delivery of goods.
