• Non-refundable costs: All delivery, assembly, delivery timing, and location or staircase delivery fees.
• Refund calculation: Refunded Amount = Final Paid Product Price - Collection/Assembly Fees - Restocking Fee (15%).
• Additional fees may apply for returns involving staircase delivery or certain locations.

Exchange Policy
