How to return an order in Bed Kingdom?

Returns Procedure

• Complete the optional returns form above or any other durable medium;
• You will then receive a confirmation response within 48 working hours;
• Provided the return is approved, you will receive an email outlining charges and the amount to be refunded;
• If collection is required, Bed Kingdom will contact to arrange a convenient collection date;
• Once the item(s) are back in possession, they will be inspected;
• Provided the inspection is successful, a refund will be issued in accordance with the T&C's;
• May be required to provide card or bank details for the refund to be recredited;
• The refund will take between 3 - 10 working days to process, subject to the card type.
