How to return an order in Coach?

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

• Online Retail purchases can be returned online but cannot be exchanged online. They can be returned or exchanged in a retail store.

• Items bought in a Retail Store cannot be returned or exchanged online but can be returned or exchanged in a retail store.

• Purchases made in Concession Stores (IE) cannot be returned or exchanged in concession stores, retail, or outlet stores.

Online Returns Instructions:

1. Start a return by scanning the QR code on the packing slip or visiting the specified URL.
2. Pack the item securely including any original packaging.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions on the returns portal to prepare the return shipment.
4. Keep a record of the return tracking number or proof of return receipt.

Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with the original receipt for acceptance of return.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Items ineligible for return include pierced jewellery, liquid products where hygiene seal or cellophane wrapper is broken/removed, and items from before April 5 without a shipping label present in the box.

Gift Returns:

Gift items returned will have their refund issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

In-store Purchase Refund & Exchange Policy:

• Unused items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days with a valid receipt.
• Merchandise must be in new and unused condition, including original packaging.
• Ineligible items for exchange/return include jewellery, liquid products with broken hygiene seal/wrapper, monogrammed/personalized items, and Cut-to-Size belts.

Incorrect/Manufacturing Fault/Damaged Products:

If an incorrect item is received or an item with manufacturing fault/damage is identified, it may be returned for a refund.
