To initiate a return at YesStyle, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days after receiving the items. There are two ways to request an RMA:

• By contacting the Customer Service Department.

It is important to send returns back within 30 days from the issue date of the RMA.

Return Policy

YesStyle's return policy excludes certain items, including but not limited to:

• Opened beauty products or health and beauty supplements.
• Buy 1 Get 1 Free items.
• Clearance items specifically marked as non-returnable.
• Items with hygiene concerns like swimwear, innerwear, shapewear, underwear, earrings, wigs, hair pieces, bodysuits, playsuits, and cosplay costumes.

Returned items should be sent either to logistics partners in the United States and Canada or to YesStyle's office in Hong Kong, preferably via registered mail. Returns must include the original packaging and tags/labels, and should be in their original condition.

Refunds are provided in YesStyle Credit by default, which can be used for future purchases. Coupon discounts and shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If replacement items are out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

In the case of frequent returns or suspected policy abuse, YesStyle's decision regarding returns will be final.
