• Standard Returns Policy: A 21-day returns policy applies to both store and online orders. Returns may be rejected if items are not in their original and resalable condition with all tags included.


• UK Return Fee: A £1.99 return fee applies for up to 6 items from the UK, with additional items charged at £1 each. This fee is deducted from your refund. In-store returns remain free of charge.
