Custom & Special Orders:

Cannot be returned and are fully non-refundable after 3 days. Special order products considered forfeited if not scheduled for delivery within 60 days after manufacture.

Deposits:

Non-refundable if item(s) cannot be cancelled without penalty. Costs at the time of cancellation deducted from deposit.

Cancellations:

Full refund minus any costs incurred by Modern Bathroom at the time of cancellation, provided the cancellation is prior to shipment.

Returns:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Customer Service. Email to obtain an RMA. Non-damaged Modern Bathroom brand returns must be made within 30 calendar days and non-Modern Bathroom brand item returns within 10 calendar days.
