The Return Center link provided by PETLIBRO should be used to submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. For cat tree returns or exchanges beyond the 30-day window, customers are advised to reach out via the provided customer service email.

Products beyond the 30-day return window are covered by a warranty which varies depending on the product, detailed as follows:

• Feeder - 24 months
• Fountain - 24 months
• Cat tree - 24 months
• Toy - 24 months

The warranty covers products purchased from authorized retailers and requires a proof of purchase. Items purchased from unauthorized distributors or retailers, products without proof of purchase, or with altered or illegible model or PN codes are not covered. Moreover, lost, stolen, freely provided items, damages caused by improper use or accidents, and those outside the warranty period are excluded from coverage.
