Return Policy
Customers can try a Product for 30 days. If the Product is in good condition and customers are not completely satisfied, it can be returned to Narwal within 30 days from the date of shipment with a few important conditions:

• Products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit.
• Accessories must be kept unused when returned.
• Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Narwal's website or official self-operated stores can be returned to Narwal.

How To Return a Product

• Contact Narwal at support@narwal.com to receive return instructions.
• Pack the Product securely in the original package, if possible.
• Enclose the Warranty Card with the product. If the Warranty Card is unavailable, include the order number, product serial number, billing name, and address with the product.
• Narwal will pay for return shipping costs for items in good condition and purchased within the country or region of original purchase. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
• For protection, it is recommended to use UPS or FedEx for the return.
• Keep the Return Tracking Number to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Refunds
