Returns and Exchanges:

• All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition with the price tag and clear poly bag intact, along with the original invoice, at the time of return/exchange.
• In the event of receiving a damaged or wrong product, notification must be sent via email within 24 hours of the shipment received.
• For returns other than damaged or wrong items shipped, the cost of shipping to the return address must be covered by the customer.
• Once the returned product passes the quality check, the customer will receive a Cottonworld Online Store Credit (redeemable online only) or a Refund.
• Exchanges can be done (subject to availability), or a return can be made in-store for a Cottonworld offline store credit (redeemable offline only).
• Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for cash refunds but will receive an Online Store Credit.
• COD transaction refunds will be issued as Online store credit.
• Discount coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• No return/exchange is available for socks and boxers.
• Reimbursements for Fresh Merchandise will be credited to the customer's bank account as stipulated by the bank's timeframe.
• Cottonworld reserves the right to process refunds based on a product's quality inspection.
• Non-refundable items include Shipping & COD charges.
