What are the delivery costs and methods in Pantaloons?

Once an order is placed on Pantaloons, it is shipped through various reputed logistic service providers. Customers are informed about their order shipment details via Email and SMS, which includes the courier partner’s details and an Air Waybill (AWB) number. A tracking link is also provided for real-time updates on the shipment.

Shipping charges apply to orders where the amount payable is below a certain threshold. A charge of Rs. 100 is applicable to all orders that fall under this threshold. For orders that amount to Rs. 1000 and above, the shipping charges are waived off.

The delivery process involves Pantaloons' logistic partners, who are responsible for picking up the product and delivering it to the customer's doorstep.

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the location. It typically takes:

• 3–5 days for metros & Tier 1 cities
• 5–7 days for certain Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
• A minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 days for areas in North East India & J&K etc.
