Refund Policy at Peachmode

• Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered:
  • If you have received a damaged product, the wrong item, or one with a manufacturing defect, please email us at returns@peachmode.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the item within 7 Days of delivery.
  • Peachmode will replace the product as soon as possible or issue store gift card if you need it.
  • Peachmode products are quality checked, verified, and then shipped, but in the case of manual errors, Peachmode offers to exchange the product or ship a new piece.
  • Sale items from the clearance sale are final and will not be exchanged.


• Do Not Like the Product / Product not as per Picture Shown:
  • Peachmode understands that you might not like the product you have received, or it may be different from what was shown. For non-clearance sale items, Peachmode offers a flat 7-Day return policy.
  • Email Peachmode at returns@peachmode.com with the order number and reason for return.
  • Peachmode will assist with the return process and arrange for a return pick-up. If the pick-up service is not available at your location, you may send the package back, and Peachmode will reimburse courier charges up to INR 100/-.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, Peachmode will issue store credit/gift card. The store credit is valid for life without any expiry.

  • For international locations where tailoring services are not readily accessible, Peachmode provides stitching services at a nominal cost.
  • When selecting a standard size, also include detailed sizing from your tailor in the comments section of the order.
  • Peachmode offers free alterations, but you need to send the product to Peachmode at your expense, and Peachmode will return the altered item to you, the company bearing one-sided shipping charges.

  • Peachmode knows that beads and sequences may come off. Despite careful handling and shipping, this sometimes can't be avoided.
  • Most issues are preventable during stitching, and tailors may be able to fix or adjust the beads or sequences.
  • Before returning such items, consult with your tailor to see if adjustments are possible.
  • Even with replacements, there is a high chance that similar problems may occur again.
