If customers refuse the package post-shipping, they can choose to have the package reshipped or opt for a refund, with a deduction of 30-50% on the final order value for both source and CoverItUp wallet refunds.

Return requests for standardized apparel are accepted within 4 days of receipt. The refund process begins after the original product is returned and passes the QC process, with the refund amount credited to the CoverItUp wallet. The entire process takes 7-10 working days. For refunds transferred to bank accounts, a charge of Rs.250 per product may apply. Apparel products priced below Rs. 300 are not eligible for return unless presenting a manufacturing defect.

Replacements for standardized apparel can be requested within 4 days of receipt but incurs an additional fee of Rs. 100 per hoodie for exchange and handling charges.

Stationery items such as journals, calendars, notebooks, and planners can be returned if unused, untorn, and undamaged within 4 days of receipt. A full refund is issued to the CoverItUp wallet post QC.

If the stationery product is defective or incorrect, a replacement request can be raised within 4 days of receiving the package. The product should be in its original, unused condition.

Bags and backpacks must be returned in their original, undamaged condition within 4 days of receipt for a refund or replacement due to incorrect orders or defects.

For incorrect, damaged, or defective products, customers can request an exchange or replacement within 4 days of delivery. A fixed charge of Rs.250 may apply for multiple exchanges.

Customized products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-replaceable unless there's a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order has been delivered. For such issues, customers must reach out within 24 hours of delivery.
