• If a wrong item is delivered:
  1. A replacement request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery at hello@discoverpilgrim.com or on Whatsapp at 74000 97974. Provide pictures of the wrong item and order ID.
  2. Wait 48 working hours for the review of the replacement request.
  3. Following the review, a courier partner is dispatched to collect the wrong product.
  4. If reverse pickup is unavailable at the location, assistance for an alternative option will be provided.
  5. Once the wrong product is picked up, the replacement product will be shipped if in stock or a refund will be issued.
• If an item is damaged:
  1. A replacement request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery following the same steps as above.
• Products not eligible for return/replacement:
  • Opened, used or altered products.
  • Products missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc).
  • Requests generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.
