1. How can an order be cancelled?
   • Medicines and Healthcare Products: An order can be cancelled from the ‘Order Details’ on the Platform or by calling customer care at 7666100300 before it is marked as “Out for Delivery”. Alternatively, refusal at the time of delivery will result in a refund as per the Refund Policy.
   • Diagnostics/Lab Test: Cancellations can be made anytime unless marked ‘Sample Collected’ by the third-party phlebotomist. Refusal of sample pickup at the collection location will result in a refund according to the Refund Policy.

B. Return Policy

1. Time period for return of orders
   • Medicine Orders: The return window ranges from 0–7 days from the date of delivery, and it is product-specific. The return policy is available on the respective product page.
   • Healthcare Products: The return and replacement window ranges from 0–10 days from the date of delivery. The return policy details can also be found on the product page.
