Returns Policy at Zandu Care

• Returns are accepted if:
  1. The delivered product(s) do not match the original order.
  2. The delivered product(s) are past or near their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 3 months are considered near expiry).
  3. The delivered product(s) were damaged in transit (do not accept products with a tampered seal).
• It is possible to return part of an order at the item level.
• A return/cancel request must be raised within 24 hours from the delivery of the product.

• Photos of the product(s) may be requested to validate the reason for return.
• Upon validation, a new order for replacement of the products will be placed and collection of the to-be-returned product(s) will be initiated.
